Usage
WCB gear oil pump is portable oil transmit pump which is low
pressure and mine size, suitable for consumer who have no power
supply sale canned oil and also suitable for transmit oil in
refinery , electricity factory, and electricity station. please
chose stainless steel style when transmit oil for oil lubricating
system, such as lubricating oil, beverage, low- corrosive water
etc.
maintenance
1. Check the medium to make sure no impurity contained. The pump
operating time will be short if contain other things.
2. Preparation before run the pump
1. Check the tighten of fastening piece
2. Check the rotor of pump
3. Check the electric power supply
4. Check the joint of oil intake and output oil pipe
5. The intake oil pipe should blow oil line, avoiding air.
3. Maintenance when use
1. Check heat of parts
2. Stop the pump when the high heat and abnormal noise
3. Change the oil seal when leak
4. Clean the pump and environment
4. Stop the pump
First raise the intake oil pipe, let the oil in pipe total
discharged, then cut the
Disposal
The pump can not pump liquid or low flow rate.
1. Suction height exceeds the max suction vacuum, please check the
height of oil.
2. Oil suction pipe leaks air, please tighten the joint.
3. Turn the right side
4. Check when jam of pipe
5. High resistance in oil discharge pipe, please open the valve.
6. High resistance in oil suction pipe, please shorten the pipe or
change big pipe
7. The end of suction pipe is not totally into the liquid, correct
it.
8. The temperature of medium is too low to make the grain become
big.
Warm-up the medium of low the pressure.
Power needed is too big.
1.Please warm-up the medium of low the pressure when the grain
which contained in medium is too big.
2.The discharge pipe is blocked.
3.The rolling part to hot because of resistance.
Leak of liquid
1.fastening piece loose
2.the oil seal ring is wore out
3.The pages of conjoint places are broken.
4.accessory is broken.
Oil pump make out abnormity noise
1.Not suck oil
2.not proper assemblage

4.initiative shaft and passive shaft are not concentric or shaft
